In my experience one of the larger challenges in the real estate business is dealing with undeveloped land. We had a 2.5 acre parcel we wished to sell in Weaverville, NC and Nick turned out to be the right person indeed! His knowledge of the area was thorough and timely. I very rarely write a 5-star review about anything. Nick is deserving of a real 5 star review, though! He earned 5 stars in all of the categories with us. We were buying out-of-state so the local knowledge piece was extremely necessary. Combined with his process expertise and negotiation skills, he made our experience seamless. There were a few hurdles, but he made that easy for us, too. I think the way we achieved this was how Nick and team marketed the property (which we didn't see anyone else doing as we searched for houses in another market): - We had a full home inspection done before listing, which allowed us to get ahead of any issues and was provided with the listing. This allowed buyers to make an informed offer from the start - Our home would benefit from a bathroom and kitchen remodel - Nick had a trusted contractor provide a quote for each as well as renderings.
